I
need invitations FAST!
Contact us
as soon as possible; we'll help you find a great invitation that can
be shipped within 24 or 36 hours. Rush charges may apply.
How
long will it take to receive my cards/stationery/invitations?
Publishing/Printing time varies by publisher.
When choosing your products, look beneath the image for helpful information
-- one of these items is "Working Days to Fulfill". This
is the approximate number of weekdays or working days-- excluding
holidays -- required to print or fulfill your order. Note that this
estimate does not include the card's shipping time. You may select
next day, 2nd day or ground (approximately four to five business days)
shipping.
Can
I use one of your holiday party invitations for my wedding?
Of
course. We have arranged our invitations in categories to streamline
our customers' searches. However, any invitation or announcement from
any category can be used for other purposes. What really matters is
your wording, which will make the invitation your own. For example,
an invitation in our "wedding invitations" section can be
used for any formal event, such, a gala, quinceanera or Fiftieth Anniversary
party.
How
many lines can I fit on an invitation?
Most of our invitations allow 10 to 14 lines of text. When you are
considering a card, look beneath the image of the card. There you
will find helpful information, including "Number of Personalization
Lines."
Can
I have my own artwork or logo printed on my invitation?
Yes. When you order your invitation, we request that you email camera-ready
art as an eps or tiff file in a PC format. We are unable to accept faxes
or photocopies of artwork. We recommend that the resolution of your
image is not smaller than 300dpi.

There
is an additional charge for imprinting your logo. This charge ranges
from $25 to $125. For that feature logos, such as corporate holiday
cards, the logo charge is stated in the product information below the
large image of the card. Logos may require additional publishing time.
Why
does the logo charge vary?
The charge varies depending on:
- The
number of colors used in the logo. PMS-color matched logos are more
expensive.
- Foil
imprint or an ink imprint. Foil logos are more expensive than ink.
- Publisher.
Some publishers charge more than others.
- The
condition of the art provided. Sizing and retouching art may incur
an additional charge.
When you
order your card and send us your logo, we will be able to tell you exactly
how much your cards will cost and how long they will take to be printed.
I
like this invitation -- but I don't like the ink color and type style.
Can I change it?

My
favorite invitation isn't shown with a matching response card.
Many
of our invitations have matching response cards -- and/or thank you
notes, reception cards, etc -- that are not shown on our site. Please

Do I have to pay by credit
card?
No.
At step four of the ordering process, you may select either Secure Online
Ordering to pay with a credit card, or you may select Fax and Mail orders
which allows you to complete an order form that you then print out and
mail in with your check. You may also fax in your order form and then
mail a check. Your order will not be processed until payment is received.
Companies and organizations that plan to order on a regular basis may
request an application to establish an account for direct billing.
Can I receive a sample?
Yes,
you may request a free sample of many of the cards, invitations,
or announcements. Simply set up a cardSupply
Customer Account and complete the online sample request form.
The sample request form is accessed by clicking on the button found
next to the large image of the product. It is important to accurately
complete the questions on sample request form.
Samples are primarily provided for our customers to experience the quality
of our products. We reserve the right to limit the number of samples
provided to any one customer.
Can
I see what my card/invitation/announcement will look like before it
is printed?
Yes,
most cards have the option of ordering a proof. A proof generally
cost between $3.50 and $10 for orders of less than 500, and is free
for orders of 500 or more. If you check the box on the order form to
request a proof, you will receive a faxed copy of what the product will
look like. This allows you to check spelling, spacing and see what your
text will look like in the type style. You may then approve the proof
and the order will be put into production, or you may make changes if
necessary.
You
may request an emailed PDF proof by noting the request in the comments
box at the bottom of the personalization page.
How
much is shipping?
Orders
are shipped via United Parcel Service, Federal Express, or AirBorne
Express.

orders please email international@cardSupply.com
for delivery options and costs. We will arrange delivery
for any location in the world. However, international
shipping can be expensive for a heavy product such as cards.
The customer is responsible for all shipping, duties and
customs charges.

I
don't like the inside verse shown on a card. Is it possible to write
my own verse? For some cards, this is an option.
There may be an additional charge for doing a custom verse. Contact
cardSupply for more specific information on the card you are interested
in.
Will
you send me a catalog?
Yes.

Let us know what products you are interested in, and we will send
you printed information specific to your request. It is important to
include specific product codes, the quantity, and when you plan to purchase.
Please note that because we have over 20,000 products that change everyday,
we are unable to present all of our products in a print catalog.
