If you are not satisfied with your purchase from cardSupply, please contact us as soon as possible and within 15 days from the shipping date. You may return merchandise for a refund within 15 days after cardSupply shipped (the shipping date) the merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in the condition that it was received and include any documentation including a copy of the electronic receipt.
Before returning any merchandise to cardSupply, you must call 1-888-444-card (2273) to arrange for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No merchandise will be accepted for return without a RMA. If you ship a merchandise to cardSupply without a RMA, it will be refused and may be returned to you at your expense.
You will receive a full refund for any merchandise returned under this guarantee. You must arrange and pay for return shipping when you return merchandise, and, unless you insure the merchandise, you accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
If merchandise is printed incorrectly, cardSupply will, at cardSupply's option, reprint and replace the merchandise or refund the purchase price. If your merchandise is misprinted, please contact us within 15 days of the shipping date. Please call 1-888-444-card (2273). If the cardSupply customer service agent determines that your merchandise should be replaced, you will receive a RMA. If you submitted the correct personalization information and the error is cardSupply's responsibility, cardSupply will arrange for shipping at its expense. |
